The ECD (Foundation) section is a well-supervised, safe and stimulating learning environment.  As a way of preparing our pupils for the transition into the Junior School, our pre-school programme has been developed into a unique curriculum consisting of six learning and discovery areas for this age group, namely:

• Knowledge and Understanding of the World
• Creative Development
• Physical Development

French constitutes an integral part of the education system of SBEC (English/French Section) International School and pupils in the ECD section come into contact with the language through play and child-centered activities.
